On another old picture for the public art project

We received the following picture from a Mount Carroll resident last weekend:
It shows the chap's grandparents, sometime in the 1930s. Strictly speaking, we can't use it for the project as it doesn't show the person who contributed the photo. But I thought it was such a good picture that I would post it here anyway.

  1. I really enjoyed seeing this one! First, how often do you see the subject smiling thataway? Seldom, that's how often. And the gentleman's hat is great, too.

  2. It was the hat that immediately made me want to post this. I guess this was taken some time in the 1930s or a bit earlier, but it's such a nineteenth century looking hat.
