Yesterday in the printmaking class we spent the day doing multi-colour prints and chine colle. Here is someone placing the glued pieces of paper to an inked block:
Duane did a two-block print, one rainbow-rolled in a gradated blue to white, the other a chine colle with black ink:
Deborah did a rainbow roll in autumnal colours on a single block:
Patty did a print using two blocks, one inked black and the other red:
And Ava did a two block print, one of which was inked in two separate colours to produce a three-colour print:
All in all, a good day.
